Your inquiry

We collect the name or organization, reply email, country, selected service and message you enter to assess scope, prepare a quote and respond. Optional details may be left blank. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Do not submit identification numbers, passwords or financial source documents in an initial inquiry.

Where information is processed

Forms are submitted to Netlify Forms and reviewed by our office through Google Workspace email. Netlify, Inc. processes form and connection data in the United States (privacy@netlify.com). Google LLC and its service providers process email in the United States and other countries in their service network. Their data-center operations include Canada, Chile, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, Singapore and Taiwan; support locations are detailed in the current provider list.

Information is transmitted over the internet at submission and when mail is delivered, reviewed or answered. The processors store the information for the inquiry handling and retention described here, subject to our deletion instructions and their service terms. You may decline to submit the form. Contact our Kakao channel to ask about an alternative inquiry route. Sending us email also involves Google's processing. Inquiry consent is not treated as marketing consent or as a substitute for any separately required international-transfer consent.

Retention and choices

We delete inquiries when their purpose has been fulfilled, and review continuing inquiries for deletion no later than one year after the last reply. Engagement and legally required records follow separately notified retention rules. Unsubscribe addresses or linked tokens are retained separately as needed to prevent further marketing. Deletion is an office procedure, not an automatic website feature.

Request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal by emailing hello@gandanhong.com. We explain any legal limits. We do not share inquiry records with advertisers. Sharing engagement documents with an independent accounting firm or your attorney requires appropriate notice and authorization.

Website and contact

Netlify hosting and Google Fonts may process IP addresses, request times and browser details. Inquiry content is not sent to advertising analytics by our website code. We limit access to people handling the work and use encrypted connections and data minimization.
